Richard Cockerill is to appear before an RFU disciplinary panel after being charged by the RFU with conduct prejudicial to the interests of the Game following the Aviva Premiership final.
The Leicester boss could be seen on television cameras talking to the officials angrily on the sidelines after playmaker and captain Toby Flood had to leave the field concussed.
The England fly-half felt the wrath of two rib-breaking tackles from Courtney Lawes and Cockerill believed the lock had to at least be sent to the bin as Flood was left injured but referee Wayne Barnes only gave a penalty for the first tackle while the second was deemed legal.
However, It is alleged that Richard Cockerill used obscene, inappropriate and/or unprofessional language and behaviour in exchanges with Stuart Terheege, the 4th Official.
The hearing date, venue and time will be confirmed in due course.
