Gloucester confirm Tavis Knoyle arrival

Neil Fissler revealed the move in the Fissler Files over a month ago but confirmed today that Tavis Koyle will join the Cherry and Whites on a two-year deal from the .
The 22-year-old has been capped nine times by his country, making his debut against in Carisbrook in June 2010, as well as featuring in the 2011 .
With Dave Lewis moving to the this summer, Knoyle will be be battling with Jimmy Cowan and Dan Robson for a place in the matchday squad.
“I obviously worked with Tavis from his arrival with the Scarlets. He’s a very talented half, and a real competitor,” said Gloucester Director of Nigel Davies.
“He’ll add something else to our squad. We’ve already got two fine scrum halves in Jimmy Cowan and Dan Robson, and Tavis will complement them nicely.
“At 22, he’s also still a very young player, despite his considerable experience. His best years lie in front of him and, hopefully, they’ll be with Gloucester.”
