Cian Healy will miss the next two Six Nations games after being banned for three weeks for stamping in Sunday’s defeat by England.
The Ireland prop will miss the games against Scotland and France after being cited and found guilty of stamping on Dan Cole as the Irish suffered a 12-6 defeat by England at the Aviva Stadium.
Healy escaped without a yellow or red card from referee Jerome Garces during the match but the front-rower was cited by Italian citing commissioner Alberto Recaldini.
Healy will be available again for the final game against Italy on March 16.
