The Maori All Blacks claimed a convincing 52-21 win over the RFU Championship XV in Doncaster today.
The Kiwis scored eight tries showcasing the skills they are renowned for especially in the second half when the game opened up and they had front foot ball.
The RFU Championship XV had the upper hand in the set piece but couldn’t capitalise on too many occasion to give themselves a chance.
Declan O’Donnell, Kurt Baker, Hika Elliot, Trent Renata, Elliot Dixon, Frae Wilson, Romana Graham, Jackson Willison all went over for the visitors while Doncaster’s Dante Mama and Nottingham‘s Rhys Crane scored for the English side.

It was a great match and I must say I admired the Englishmen’s attitude. They were a bit like a Heartland team. They had balls and I imagine they could have beaten any of the Celtic colonies. Way to go Babes. They might have even beaten Hong Kong!
