BATH have launched a sensational bid to take three Worcester Warriors stars, Ted Hill, Ollie Lawrence and Rory Sutherland, to The Rec on shortterm loans.
The trio could be the first players to leave The Warriors, who were suspended by the RFU last week after failing to provide a viable plan for their future.
WRFC Trading Limited was placed into administration while it has emerged that WRFC Players Ltd, who employ players and staff, face an HMRC winding up order hearing on Wednesday.
Blindside understands that most of the Warriors squad put in notices of termination after the club failed to pay their wages on Friday but have to wait 14 days for it to be remedied.
England second row Hill, 23, joined his hometown club five years ago and is due to be under contract until 2024 and isn’t short of offers from rival clubs.
Bristol Bears have been keeping close tabs on his situation, while Exeter Chiefs boss Rob Baxter is a long-time admirer and would love to take him to Sandy Park.
