Harlequins scrum-half Karl Dickson has signed a two-year contract extension that will keep him with the Premiership champions until the end of the 2014-2015 season.
The 30-year-old – who joined Quins in 2009 from Bedford Blues – was called into the England Elite Squad last season and played in the second mid-week test against the South African Barbarians during England’s summer tour to that country.
Dickson said, “Winning the Amlin Challenge Cup in 2011 and the Aviva Premiership last May shows the potential of the current Harlequins squad.
“I believe that there are even more exciting and successful times ahead for the club and I want to be part of them which is why I’m delighted to have signed this extension to my contract.”
