Leicester quartet pen new contracts

Peter Betham is one of four players to sign new deals with Leicester Tigers.
The Australia international is joined by forwards Graham Kitchener, Dom Barrow, and Will Evans in agreeing new terms at Welford Road in what is a boost for Aaron Mauger after it was confirmed earlier this week that both Owen Williams and Fraser Balmain will join Gloucester next season.
Mauger said: “Peter has shown his versatility by playing at wing and centre in his 18 months at the club and we believe we will see even more growth in his game on the back of his experiences here so far.
“To see Graham Kitchener and Peter agree to new contracts is good news for the club because they have played key roles in the squad in the last few seasons and they were very keen to stay.”
“Kitch is athletic and dynamic and he now has a lot of experience under his belt in big games.
“Dom is another relatively young guy who has a massive amount of potential and has the right attitude as well. He is an ultimate professional.”
