CJ Stander has been banned for a week and will miss Ireland‘s second Test against South Africa on Saturday.
The South Africa-born Munster flanker was sent off in Saturday’s historic first-Test 26-20 win in Cape Town for a dangerous challenge in the air with Patrick Lambie.
Fly-half Lambie, who was concussed, will also miss the second Test in Johannesburg but, like Stander, he should be available for the third in Port Elizabeth on June 25.
