Manu Tuilagi will be making his Test return on Saturday in the Six Nations decider between England and Wales at Twickenham.
The Leicester centre, who has not played for England since the tour of New Zealand back in June 2014 because of injuries and disciplinary issues, has been retained in the matchday squad by Eddie Jones.
The 24-year-old replaces Alex Goode in the 23-man squad and is likely to start on the bench, while Northampton prop Kieran Brookes has been included.
Exeter hooker Luke Cowan-Dickie replaces Jamie George as back up for captain Dylan Hartley after the Saracens player was ruled out for the rest of the tournament with an arm injury.
