Elliot Daly and Matt Kvesic will be available to play in the Premiership this weekend after being released by England.
The Wasps centre Daly and Gloucester flanker Kvesic were in camp as England prepare for their trip to Rome on Sunday.
Sale No.8 Josh Beaumont, who was added to the squad on the back of his try-scoring display at Leicester, and Maro Itoje, who travelled to Murrayfield as reserve, are in the 25-man squad on top of the 23 players who beat Scotland last Saturday.
England head coach Eddie Jones said: “We’ll pick the best 23 to play against Italy and the conditions in Italy will be different, so the squad will be slightly different.
“The playing conditions will be considerably different. They will be warmer, a faster pitch, different referee so I am anticipating we will be able to get our attack going a lot quicker than we did against Scotland.
“I’ve said it’s going to be a faster game so we could pick a faster pack.”
