Tom Youngs has been suspended for one week for striking Rabah Slimani in the Champions Cup last weekend.
The Leicester hooker committed the offence in the 52nd minute of the game against Stade Francais and the Judicial Officer suggested his act warranted a red card and imposed the one-week ban as a result.
Youngs will miss the Tigers trip to Gloucester on Saturday but will be available to play again from Monday (February 1).
Scarlets lock Maselino Paulino has meanwhile been hit by a three-week suspension for striking Courtney Lawes during the Champions Cup clash between the Welsh region and Northampton on Saturday.
