Jonathan Joseph will make his 50th appearance for bath on Sunday as they travel to Toulon for their rescheduled Champions Cup match.
The match, which was due to take place in the opening round of the competition on November 13, was postponed following the Paris terror attacks.
While England star Joseph will reach the landmark in the backline, Bath also see the return of captain Stuart Hooper in the second row.
In the front row, Nick Auterac (loosehead), Rob Webber (hooker) and David Wilson (tighthead) start together for the second time this season while Matt Garvey, Francois Louw and Leroy Houston reform the same back row that helped beat Leinster.
Chris Cook and George Ford are at half-backs with Kyle Eastmond and Joseph outside them. For the sixth time this season, wings Matt Banahan and Semesa Rokoduguni and full-back Anthony Watson form the back three.
