The London Sports Writing Festival hosts an inquest into the Rugby World Cup on Saturday 14 November.
TRP writer Brendan Gallagher acts as the Master of Ceremonies with guests Michael Lynagh and Ben Cohen debating how the All Blacks won, how the Wallabies lost, why England fell short and raft of other matters.
The festival takes place at Lord's Cricket Ground with esteemed guests also in attendance for talks on cricket and football, including: Mike Atherton, Stuart Broad, Phil Tufnell, Scyld Berry, Mike Brearley, Mike Summerbee, Gary Mabbutt, Robbie Savage, Guillem Balague, Henry Winter, and Sid Lowe.
Lynagh and Cohen will discuss the divide between northern and southern hemisphere rugby after a tournament that saw no European side progress past the last 8. And the duo also reflect on their own successes on the world stage.
Budding sports journalists can also attend other features at the event including masterclasses on how to break into the competitive industry of sport journalism and how to get your book published.
