Manu Tuilagi to meet with Toulouse

Manu Tuilagi will reportedly meet with Toulouse next week to discuss a possible move to the South of France next year.
The discarded England centre, who will be out of contract at Leicester next June, is also believed to be a target for Saracens.
French radio RMC Sports also reports that Sarries and Northampton are both interested by France No.8 Louis Picamoles.
The Toulouse star, who is also courted by Clermont and old club Montpellier, is currently in England for the World Cup and should make a decision upon his return in France.
