Ireland could be without Jonny Sexton for the start of the Six Nations as the fly-half suffers from headaches and nausea.
Reports in France suggest Sexton took two knocks to the head in Ireland‘s 26-23 win over Australia in their final match of the autumn internationals and that he will be out until February 14.
He is likely to miss Racing Metro’s last two games of the Champions Cup while the Six Nations opener against Italy February 7 could also be a struggle.
Racing Metro coach Laurent Labit said: “He will not play a match until he’s 100 per cent.”
