Bath will take on Northampton in the Amlin Challenge Cup final after beating London Wasps 24-18 at Adams Park today.
Rob Webber scored two second-half tries against his old club with Anthony Perenise also going over while George Ford kicked nine points from the tee to send Bath to Cardiff on May 23.
The hosts had the better start and were leading 6-3 after 14 minutes thanks to two penalties form Andy Goode to one from Ford.
But Bath eventually got off the bus to see their pack starting to dominate and, ten minutes later, tighthead Perenise barged his way over from a well worked driving maul.
The West Country boys looked in control and proved threatening but, just before half-time, Andy Goode unleashed Elliot Daly from a Bath 22 restart.
The young flyer went around Matt Banahan before offloading inside to Viliami Helu for the Tongan wing to dive under the posts. Goode converted and Wasps were 13-10 up at half-time.
Kearnan Myall thought he extended the lead four minutes into the second half but the last pass form Matt Mullan was forward and he was turned down by referee Romain Poite.
Wasps did not have time to dwell on it as, three minutes later, they were behind their own try-line after Webber pounced on a loose lineout ball to score his first try of the afternoon.
The game was there for the taking and it was Bath that did so as Webber scored his second from a catch and drive.
Ford converted and, with just over 20 minutes to go, the Blue, Black and White were leading 24-13.
But Wasps were not going to lie down and they cut deficit soon after Ashley Johnson reduced the gap from yet another catch and drive.
It was then Bath's turn to get a try chalked off for a knock on but, while Wasps threw everything at them and Kyle Eastmong was sent to the bin for a tip tackle on Charlie Hayter, they managed to hold on and book a place for their first major final since 2008.
