Jared Payne will appear in front of a disciplinary committee tomorrow over the red card he received during the Heineken Cup quarter-final against Saracens on Saturday.
The Ulster Rugby full back was sent off by French referee Jerome Garces in the 5th minute of the match for an dangerous charge on the Saracens full-back Alex Goode.
Welshman Simon Thomas has been appointed as the independent Judicial Officer for the hearing which will take place in Dublin.
