Philippe Saint-Andre has made seven changes to his France team as they travel to Scotland on Saturday.
Following the 27-6 thumping they received in Cardiff two weeks ago, the former Sale boss is hoping for a reaction at Murrayfield if they want to be in with a chance to lift the Six Nations for the first time since 2010.
Four of his changes are tactical with Wenceslas Lauret, Jean-Marc Doussain, Hugo Bonneval are all dropped as Alexandre Lapandry getts the nod at openside, Maxime Machenaud handed the scrum-half shirt and Maxime Medard named on the wing.
Toulouse No.8 Louis Picamoles also lost his place after sarcastically applauding referee Alain Rolland at the Millennium and his replaced by Clermont Damien Couly.
Saint-Andre also had to deal with injuries and is missing three key men in centre Wesley Fofana, blindside Yannick Nyanga and hooker Dmitri Szarzewski.
They are replaced by Maxime Mermoz, Sébastian Vahaamahina and Brice Mach.
France: Brice Dulin; Yoann Huget, Mathieu Bastareaud, Maxime Mermoz, Maxime Médard; Jules Plisson, Maxime Machenaud; Thomas Domingo, Brice Mach, Nicolas Mas; Pascal Papé (Capt.), Yoann Maestri; Sébastian Vahaamahina, Alexandre Lapandry, Damien Chouly.
