As heavily rumoured for the past week, Mike Phillips has joined Racing Metro following his sacking from Top 14 rivals Bayonne in October.
Phillips was sacked by the Basque club after allegedly turning up for a video analysis session drunk.
The Welsh international could make his debut on Saturday in Nantes against Harlequins in the third round of the Heineken Cup.
