England lock Charlie Ewels has joined South African URC side the Bulls for the remainder of the season before returning to Bath ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
Ewels, 27, who has been sidelined since picking up a knee injury in England training last summer, said: “It’s a really exciting opportunity. I’m extremely grateful for the support I’ve received from everyone at Bath whilst I’ve been injured.”
