“Let’s see if we can break the top 4” – Gloucester Sione Kalamafoni

Sione KalamafoniSione Kalamafoni is relishing the chance to get stuck-in when face the at Kingsholm this weekend in what this promises to be Gloucester’s biggest challenge of the season so far.
The giant Tongan international knows a win would see his side leap-frog in the table and prove they can compete with the biggest sides in the league.
He told The Paper: “Leicester are one of the biggest teams in the country so it’ll be a good test for us to see if we have the ability the break into the top four.
“As soon as the game starts, I’ll try to get involved and get my hands on the ball to help the team go forward.
“It will be the first time I play against Leicester so it’s going to be a very big test for me.”
Since moving from this summer Kalamafoni has risen to the challenge of the notably with his powerful carries, forcing his team over the gain line.
However, despite Gloucester’s strong run of results Kalamafoni  still believes there is plenty of room for improvement and knows his side will have to draw on all there resources to get a result this weekend.
“Facing Leicester on the back of two wins in the Amlin Cup puts us in a very good position but we still have to improve in parts of our game,” he said.
“If we want to have any chance of winning, the whole squad will have to carry well and make sure we go over the advantage line.”
