Payne and Brady suspended, Powell fined

Tim Payne celebrated his 250th game for London by getting a two-week ban.
The former prop pleaded guilty to striking ‘s Vasily Artemyev with his knee during the last Friday’s clash between the two team.
Tom Brady has also been banned for two weeks after being found guilty of a tip tackle on ‘s Ben Skirving at The Rec on Saturday.
Both player will be free to play again on October 16.
Meanwhile, Brady’s teammate Andy Powell has received a £5,000 fine, £4,000 suspended until 30, 2013, for conduct prejudicial to the interests of the or the game.
The Welsh No.8 was caught mouthing foul language and making an offensive hand gesture to spectators at The Rec.
He pleaded guilty to the offence and can play again immediately.
