Chris Ashton to appeal gouging suspension

have confirmed that will be appealing the ten-week suspension he received last week.
The winger was found guilty of making contact with the eye or eye area of centre Luke Marshall in the between the two sides two weeks ago.
Ashton, who pleaded not guilty to the offence, is now waiting for the date of his hearing and will be hoping his ban is either reduced or dismissed in order to complete his international comeback.
