Sean O’Brien will miss Ireland‘s World Cup quarter-final against Argentina after being suspended for a week.
The Ireland flanker was found guilty of punching France lock Pascal Pape in the early stages of last Sunday’s Pool D decider.
The Irish will also be withouth the injured Paul O’Connell and Peter O’Mahony while fly-half Johnny Sexton is also an injury doubt after suffering a groin injury.
Meanwhile, Argentina will be without centre Marcelo Bosch after he was handed a one-week ban for a dangerous tackle in last weekend’s win over Namibia.
