England U20s name team for Wallabies encounter

England U20s are gearing up to take on tomorrow in their second game of the Junior World and winger Nathan Earle reckons the outcome of the game will depend on how they deal with flanker Sean McMahon.
Nick Walshe’s men started their campaign with a 63-3 win over Italy on Monday while the dominated Argentina 36-17 with the Rebels blindside proving far too much to handle for the Pumas.
His Super Rugby experience shone through as he dominated the breakdown both in attack and defence so England’s main task will be to ‘make him as useless’ as they can.
“We’ll have to be very clinical against Australia but we’ll have to look after the ball well because they seem to be very good at the breakdown,” Earle told The Rugby Paper.
“We’ve managed to catch the start of their game on Monday and McMahon was a cut above the rest on the pitch.
“He’s going to be a big target for us. We’ve have to keep him as quiet as we can and make him useless for them. They seem to rely on him a lot so if we can control him hopefully we should get a good result.”

A win tomorrow would see England go into their last group game against on Tuesday in the driving seat to reach the semi-finals and be only two games away from defending their title.
The first half against Italy was not up to scratch but, once they hit their strides, the big ball carriers punched holes in the defence while the backs did the damage out wide.
“We didn’t get into our shape in the first half,” Earle added. “We didn’t play with as much tempo as we would have liked to but the second half was pretty much ideal and Italy struggled to cope with it.
“That’s the way we want to play all tournament. We want to make sure we play a high-tempo game teams cannot cope with.
“Playing Australia is always a huge match for us but with the way the pool is going it’s even bigger. If we can beat them we’ll go into the Argentina game confident but most importantly with our fate in our hands. We don’t want to leave anything to chance.”
Nick Walshe has made six changes for tomorrow game but hat-trick hero Earle keeps his place in the back three where he will partner ‘s Howard Packman and Leicester’s Henry Purdy.
Henry Taylor and Billy Burns will form a new half-back pairing while Joel Conlon comes in at No.8 and Charlies Ewels at lock.
With Callum Braley on the bench, Saracens’ Maro Itoje will skipper the side.
