Danny Cipriani has been voted the March Premiership player of the month following his recent form with the Sale Sharks.
The fly-half, who is trying to make his way back in the England set-up in time for the tour of New Zealand in June, has been at the helm of the Sharks’ charge to make to the Premiership semi-finals.
They currently sit in fifth place four points adrift of Bath with only four rounds to go.
Cipriani beat his skipper Dan Braid, who was shortlisted for the second successive month, Leicester Tigers second row Ed Slater and Worcester Warriors full-back Chris Pennell.
