ONCE again, the powers that be in rugby have decided to reduce the potential audience for our beloved sport.
Not only is Premier Sports going to be a minority subscription channel, but it will not be available at all on terrestrial television.
After a deal was struck, it will have exclusive rights to the Champions Cup this season.
I for one will not be taking out a Premier Sports subscription and I'm sure I will not be alone.
Can they not see that rugby needs a wider audience to grow the game?
Another opportunity gone.
