I wholeheartedly agree with Chris Hewett regarding the forthcoming Twickenham name change to the Allianz Stadium.
Our favourite sport needs new funding from top to bottom.
So, if a stadium name change secures some needed coin for the game, then carry on!
I recall a similar reaction when Lansdowne Road became the Aviva.
Happily, us fans aren’t forced to refer to stadiums by the official name and can carry on lovingly nicknaming these temples of rugby as much as we wis...
