So which is the fairer?

JEFF Page wrote last week a letter headlined ‘easier to spot the fairer competition’ in which he compared Leicester unfavourably with Leinster.
Leicester is a PLC that has to file accounts at Companies House for all to see. Leinster are effectively a franchise of the IRFU [not a collection of local clubs] and are not required to publish any accounts.
