Six minutes wasted

TO increase ball-in-play time I suggest that if a a try is scored under the posts it be an automatic seven points, as it’s always converted. Leinster scored four tries under the posts against Leicester last week, and with the countdown timer allowing the kicker to run the clock down, it was six minutes of time wasted.
Stopping the clock until the ball is thrown into lineouts, and while a scrum is being organised, would also help. And to alleviate the ridiculous caterpillar at rucks and stalling at the base of the scrum, the No.9 should be fair play as soon as he touches the bal...
