Playing against best in the world is good test

NOW we’re into the second year of the expanded Champions Cup, I thought I’d reflect on just how the inclusion of South Africa’s finest club sides has impacted the clubs closer to home.
The United Rugby Championship has established itself and thrived in the last two years, giving both northern and southern hemispheres a chance to draw swords outside of the international contests.
During this period, the Celtic sides have been lucky enough to experience regular games against the back-to-back world champions – in both home and away fixtures.
