Time for a clearout of the England shambles

AS a rugby supporter for more than 70 years I feel I have a right to a few comments. To clarify I will provide a little history from the 1950s omnwards.
I was a supporter of the original world famous Penzance and Newlyn Pirates that no longer exist, having been eradicated by a cuckoo in the nest. I was a supporter of Cornwall in the good old times of the County Championship before it became something of a sham due to more important finances deeming it unnecessary.
