ARE England really the third best in the world?
Are they even the third best in the Six Nations?
Well, the second question will be answered first, when I expect England to finish fourth in 2024, at best.
I think they will lose to Ireland, France and either Scotland or Wales, if not both. I am a frustrated England fan and have been for longer than Steve Borthwick has been at the helm!
