Koch clearly coming in at wrong angle

Out of line: the England/South Africa final scrum

I HAVE attached the aerial shot of the last scrum in the SA v England semi-final. In it it clearly shows Faf de Klerk putting the ball in and the angle of all the players at the time, also is the position of the referee’s feet.
Not sure what the referee’s eyes were looking at but body angles of all except Vincent Koch are as straight as you will see in any scrum, but Koch is obviously going to be boring in on Jamie George and the scrum will move sideways.
