True leaders stay calm

WHEN are the authorities and referees going to stop the increasing dissent by players in games.
The latest example was Owen Farrell in the England v South Africa match where he behaved like a demented child, even Ben Kay commented that someone should calm him down.
A true leader should remain calm in the heat of the battle to make clear decisions, unfortunately Farrell is unable to control himself in times of crisis and is a liability by talking to the referee in a manner unbecoming of an international player, which invariably does not help himself or the team.
