RFU must not hide behind English success

SO Jersey Reds have ceased trading and may very well go to the wall like the three Premiership teams, but unlike those Premiership teams many of the nails in their coffin may very well have been hammered in by the RFU themselves, with the drastic cutting of funding to the Championship clubs.
