Glad to see attempts to speed up the game

I WELCOME the new laws in trying to speed up the game, with time limits for conversions, penalties, scrums, lineouts getting the ball from a ruck in under five seconds.
Another thing to speed up the game is allowing more quick penalties. At present a team can take only one quick penalty, the team that transgress are then allowed to reset their defensive wall. Neath used the tap and go to great success many years ago, then the law was changed.
