Here’s my plan for RFU to save money

IF the RFU and the Premiership clubs want to save money, may I offer a simple solution?
Bring their teams into line with the grassroots leagues and reduce the number of replacements per game to three.
Presently they have eight replacements per team per game. This represents over half a side sitting on the bench. Premiership clubs could reduce their squad sizes accordingly, making wage savings. It would make sense to do this in the Championship and National League – they too could save money.
