WHAT a coup for France – and the fans – if Antoine Dupont does sign up for next year’s Olympics team. Team GB can only dream of having such a high profile player turn his hand to sevens. The one who I would love to see is Christian Wade.
He was an absolute superstar on the world series as an 18-year-old and like Dupont, could light up the Games.
Northampton scrumhalf Alex Mitchell is another who would make a huge impact, and what GB fans would give for Louis Rees-Zammit.
