I reckon there are three sets of laws…

I HAVE followed all the correspondence and the various comments by your contributors to The Rugby Paper over the interpretation of the yellow and red cards for various foul play, mainly in the head to head contact in the rules of the game.
I would like to correct the headline on Jeff Probyn’s column last week, ‘Two sets of laws for one game is wrong’ in that I believe there are three sets of laws!
The third set I refer to is the law interpretations of Southern Hemisphere referees!
