SURELY I am not alone in wondering why it appears to only be Exeter struggling with the salary cap and unable to retain some of their players while the other Prem sides seem to be announcing new signings on a weekly basis. Are the Chiefs guilty of overpaying players?
Totally agree with the pleasures of watching lower league rugby as per letters last week.
