How to ensure fans respect the kicker

WATCHING the first Australia v England Test yesterday, the crowd were being very disrespectful to Owen Farrell when he was taking a penalty.
I’ve noticed that this happens quite often in quite a few games lately and it is not in the spirit of the game. My suggestion to rectify this is if the crowd continue this abuse of the kicker, the referee should have the power to award the three points without the kick being taken.
That would surely keep them quiet in future.
