REGARDING the growing gulf between ‘elite’ and ‘community’ rugby, Jeff Gage felt that Colin Boag’s debatable views meritted a response from the RFU.
If the sheer volume of print space allocated by TRP columnists and correspondents on the anomolies between the written laws of rugby and those enacted, or the unnecessarily complicated laws, forward or not? straight or crooked? etc. have not elicited a response from the RFU, I fear, Mr Gage, is ‘facing’ into the wind.
