GAVIN Coombes sent out another signal that he’s ready to take over from the retiring CJ Stander as he ran in four tries in Parma as Munster finished another season without a trophy on a high.
Coombes, strongly fancied to be capped in the summer games against the USA and Japan, brought his haul to 15 tries in 17 starts this season and the 23-year old Cork native looks set to be a cornerstone of the Munster pack for years to come.
