CONNACHT coach Andy Friend is not convinced the new laws being trialled are going to work even though his side benefitted from one of them.
Eoghan Masterson used a ‘captain’s challenge’ deep into stoppage time to win a penalty after scrum-half Kieran Marmion was stripped on the ground by Michael Lowry and from the resultant penalty they worked a match-winning try for Peter Sullivan in the 84th minute.
