I SETTLED down to watch Newcastle v Sale on TV thinking with such massive coaching gurus as Dean Richards and Steve Diamond this would be a good game.
The first half was a bit iffy but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was the start of the season. The second half began much the way that the first had ended but then I witnessed the teams exchange at least 12 kicks between them.
