WE DO not live in an heroic age of rugby administration – quite the opposite, frankly – so we should bend our knees and give thanks for the gift of Daniel Leo, who continues to speak truth to power in his attempt to win a fair shake for his Pacific Islands brethren.
Only a blind man suffering from conjunctivitis could claim that World Rugby, the non-governing governing body that famously managed to run a World Cup in a typhoonthreatened country during the typhoon season without making proper contingency plans for a typhoon, is doing right by Fiji, Samoa and Tonga.
