Gibson can be new Forrester at Glouc

IT was good to read Chris Hewett’s recommendation of Jamie Gibson’s contributions to his various clubs.
He is surely a misplaced No.8 with skills untapped by his previous clubs. Gloucester should see him as they once used James Forrester, a field-roving, athletic, running No.8, in the mould of Andy Ripley. A big sprinter with handling skills, the ability to spot a gap is an asset to any side. I do hope Gloucester have the vision to benefit from his neglected assets. We need players with such skills but lack the coaches to spot their potential.
