Vickery cooks up a treat

HAVING won Celebrity Masterchef a few years ago, Phil Vickery, England’s 2003 World Cup-winning tight-head, is about to open his own restaurant in Cheltenham. Appropriately, the name of the restaurant is ‘No.3’.
Vickery told me: “No.3 has been such a magical number for me. Three of the things I love most are rugby, food, and farming and this brings them all together, from the production of quality ingredients, to preparing great food, and enjoying the company you share it with.”
