SHOULD Agustín Pichot become chairman of World Rugby he intends to lead a revolution against world rugby as we know it.
Challenging the powers of Bill Beaumont, Bernard Laporte and the Home Nations seems like a long shot, but he has history of landing seismic blows, such as leading Argentina to third place at RWC2007 and being a driving force in them joining Super Rugby and Rugby Championship.
